Baked shin of our own production, produced in Val di Fassa, Trentino, high quality vacuum-packed.


PREPARATION TIPS: Boil the unopened package in water for 20 minutes or bake it at 100 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Open and serve.

PRODUCTION: Precooked shank without preservatives. The shank is salted and seasoned 12 hours before cooking, which takes place in a low-temperature oven for 5 hours. Once blast chilled, it is vacuum-packed in a room with a maximum temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.
