GUARANTEED MINIMUM WEIGHT 900 grams

PRODUCTION: Cured meat produced with selected pork legs, the rump and bones are removed, after which they are salted and flavoured, left to rest for 15-20 days, after which they are hung and smoked with aromatic, non-resinous wood and juniper berries, then aged for 7.5 months.

INGREDIENTS : pork leg, salt, spices, sucrose. PRESERVATIVES: sodium nitrite and natural smoke.
