PRODUCTION: Cured meat made with SELECTED HEIFER ROUND.
They are deprived of fat and then salted and flavoured and left to rest for 15-20 days. Once this process is complete, they are hung and lightly smoked with aromatic, non-resinous wood and juniper berries, then aged for 6 months.
INGREDIENTS: heifer topside, salt, spices, sucrose. PRESERVATIVES: sodium nitrite and natural smoke.
DOES NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN OR LACTOSE. STORAGE: In a cool, dry place after opening, in the refrigerator wrapped in cellophane.
