PRODUCTION: Salami produced with selected pork fillets, carefully trimmed, then salted and flavoured, left to rest for 5 to 10 days, after which they are hung and smoked with aromatic, non-resinous wood and juniper berries, then aged for 1 month.

INGREDIENTS : pork fillet, salt, spices, sucrose. PRESERVATIVES: sodium nitrite and natural smoke.
