WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1978, Macelleria Pezzei is synonymous with tradition and passion in the production of artisanal Ladin and regional cured meats.

We are a family-run business where we process selected high-quality meats, including beef, pork, poultry and game (seasonal).

In our artisan workshop, we produce, smoke, and season cured meats: fresh, smoked, cured, and cooked, all from the Ladin and regional traditions . We also produce various types of dumplings, as well as classic and game sauces.

We also supply many shelters, restaurants and hotels in the area.
