GUARANTEED MINIMUM WEIGHT 600 grams

PRODUCTION: Cured meat produced with selected and trimmed pork legs, after which they are salted and flavoured, left to rest for 15-20 days, after which they are hung and smoked with aromatic non-resinous wood and juniper berries, then aged for 4 months.

INGREDIENTS : pork leg, salt, spices, sucrose. PRESERVATIVES: sodium nitrite and natural smoke.
