SEASONED LARD, our own production, aged for 5 months, produced in Val di Fassa, Trentino, high quality, vacuum-packed, 100% Italian

GUARANTEED MINIMUM WEIGHT 400 grams

PRODUCTION: Salami produced with selected pork lard, carefully trimmed after which it is salted and flavoured and left to rest for a period of 2 to 3 months. Once this process is finished it is aged for another 2 months.
