We produce different types of sausages with attention to the quality of the meat, natural casings and with a natural smoking made with non-resinous wood chips and juniper berries which gives our product a high digestibility and quality.

Forget industrially produced sausages made from offal or beef and pork waste minced with CSM mechanical separators, stuffed into collagen casings and smoked with liquids poured directly into the mixture.
